What not to do when facing legal charges

Things NOT TO DO when in a custody, divorce or a criminal case.

  • When deciding to get your husband's clothes out of the house do not put them in a barrel, put them in the front yard and set them on fire.
  • If during the marriage you had your wife's name tattooed on your body do not then go and have a huge red void tattoo put on top of the name and post it on the Internet for everyone including your children to see.
  • When involved in a criminal matter and selecting a jury and they ask have you ever been convicted of a felony don't raise your hand if you're on trial.
  • If you're planning to cash a forged check don't do it while you're in the process of moving after being evicted from your last residence and you're driving a U-haul truck as your get-away vehicle.
  • At any time you decide you will run from the police be sure that if you leave your vehicle you don't leave all of your identifying information or any additional identifying information in the car to defeat the purpose of running.
  • If you're going to make a homemade porno, while in the process of a divorce, with your new boyfriend Carlos, don't leave it on the kitchen table when your estranged husband is coming to pick up the kids for visitation.
  • Do not, when you're in the process of a divorce, keep sex pictures on your phone where your spouse or your children can find them

Now of course, this is a comical view on some steps you shoudn't take when you are in the process of a legal case but PLEASE use your brain when you are facing charges.
